Carmen Apartments – Malate
Located along Roxas Boulevard (Dewey Boulevard). The apartment building, designed in the International style was built in 1958 and was designed by Architect Carlos Arquilles.
The building was owned by the Ongsiako Family whose matriarch was the inspiration for the name of the apartment. The building is currently being demolished, to be replaced by yet another generic condominium.
