DFA Passport ePayment at DFA Aseana in 4 Easy Steps

 

Step 1

  • Visit passport.gov.ph
  • Read all the reminders carefully before agreeing to the terms and conditions of the online appointment system
  • Choose a DFA Consular office where you want to apply for or renew your passport
  • Carefully review all the details of your application before clicking submit
  • Choose your desired passport processing type (expedited or regular processing) before clicking proceed to payment
  • You will receive through email your reference number. Take note of this number

Step 2

  • Pay your passport processing fee at any of the authorized payment centers
  • Present your reference number at the payment center upon payment of the passport processing fee
  • You will be issued a receipt. Make sure to keep the receipt
  • One reference number corresponds to one transaction. If you are paying for multiple reference numbers, you need to pay separately for each reference number

Step 3

  1. Print out the confirmed appointment packet that will be emailed to you after you have paid your passport processing fee
  2. Your passport appointment packet contains the following:
  • Checklist with your indicated schedule
  • Application form with the bar code, appointment reference number, and e-receipt number
  • Two copies of the e-receipt

 

Step 4

  • Personally show up the DFA consular office on the date and time indicated in your appointment
  • Make sure to bring a printed copy of your confirmed passport appointment packet and other required documents and id’s

 

It is expected that on or before the 1st week of August 2018, DFA ePayment will
be available nationwide

 

Passports applicants will need to pay P1,200.00 for expedited processing and
P950.00 for regular processing. A P50.00 convenience fee is charged by authorized Payment Centers on top of the processing fees.

 

NO APPOINTMENT IS NEEDED for the following:

  • OFW with sufficient proof of status such as iDOLE Card, valid employment contract (authenticated by POEA), and work visa
  • Senior Citizen with Senior Citizen ID
  • Person with Disability (PWDs) with PWD ID or visible disability
  • Solo Parent with Valid Solo Parent ID
  • Pregnant women with a medical certificate
  • Minors seven (7) years old and below

 

You may avail of the OFW LANE or PRIORITY LANE at DFA Aseana or at any DFA Satellite Office or Regional Consular Office to apply for your passport.
