Mr. Jimmy Balud Fong is a Professor of Mass Communication at the University of the Philippines Baguio. He teaches journalism, Ibaloi Language, and Indigenous Studies.
He is the Dean of the College of Arts and Communication of UP Baguio.
He is currently a Commissioner at the Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino, representing the languages of the northern Philippine cultural communities.
