In collaboration with the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), the IP Games program empowers the Indigenous Peoples to showcase not just common traditional sports and games but also unique ones.
This is an effort to achieve the concept of “passing down” from generation to generation.
The photo (above) shows a young IP member demonstrating the Labba relay, a traditional way of the Indigenous Peoples from Cordillera in bringing food from the farm to the community, during the Ifugao leg in 2018.
The activity is in partnership with National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP).
