Landbank is pleased to inform the public that the LANDBANK iAccess is being enhanced to allow you, the client, to perform self-service account maintenance such as:
- iAccess account activation
- Updating of mobile number
- Updating of security questions
- Resetting of password
- Unlocking of User ID
You, the client, will also be able to do the following via the customer care center:
- Update E-Mail Address
- Unlock User ID
To perform these requests, the system will require a one-time PIN that will be sent to your mobile number or E-Mail address.
To avail of the said services, kindly update your mobile number and E-Mail address through your respective LANDBANK servicing branch.(landbank)
