The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) has recognized a total of 216 trainees of the Coast Guard Officer’s Course (CGOC) Class 26 – 2020 ‘HIRAYA MASIKLAB’ at the Regional Training Center (RTC) Bataan on 21 May 2021.

During the ceremony, Commodore Roben de Guzman, Acting Commander of the CGETDC, encouraged the trainees to make the most out of the remaining learning opportunities at the RTC in order to fulfill their future tasks with patriotism, compassion, and fear of God.

“Today, you have mastered yourselves and accepted the life of followership. Most importantly, you have started to embrace the Coast Guard service,” Commodore de Guzman said.

“Remember this day as your stepping stone in facing greater challenges and accepting bigger responsibilities as public servants,” the CGEDTC Acting Commander added.

To ensure the safety of all personnel and trainees, health protocols were strictly observed during the ceremony.
