Our very own La Bulaqueña, Miss Universe Philippines Chelsea Manalo, will compete for this coveted and historic Miss Universe crown on behalf of the country.
According to Jewelmer, the creator of the new Miss Universe crown: “Caressed by the sun’s rays, the sea generously offers us a magical gift — the rare golden South Sea pearl, the National Gem of the Philippines.”
