The mission of the Salumayag Youth Collective for Forests—an Indigenous and youth-led organization in Quezon, Bukidnon, Philippines—is to revive, strengthen, and celebrate the traditional agroecology practices of the Manobo-Kulamanun people through community capacity-sharing and environmental storytelling.
The project aims to further empower Salumayag by championing nature-based, sustainable solutions rooted in Indigenous culture. Through their storytelling, the legacy of the Manobo-Kulamanun will come to life.
