On This Day, December 3, 1965, President Diosdado Macapagal laid the foundation stone of the Asian Development Bank Headquarters (ADB) on Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. The said building which was inaugurated in 1972 is the current Home Office of the DFA, after the ADB moved to its new headquarters in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City.
