Location: Albay, Masbate, Sorsogon, and Camarines Sur

Features:
1. The largest protected area in the region.
2. The second-largest seascape in the Philippines next to Tañon Strait Protected Landscape and Seascape.
3. A home for Whale Sharks, Manta Rays, Dugong, Marine Turtles, and Corals.
4. A habitat of the globally rare Megamouth Shark (Megachasma pelagios).
