Sy-Quia Apartments – Malate
Located along Calle M.H. del Pilar. Composed of two complexes, namely the North and South Sy-Quia Apartment Buildings.
Built in 1936 with Art-Deco and Bauhaus elements. At six floors, the building provided excellent views of Manila Bay and the surrounding Malate area.
As of 2024, both buildings are still standing, albeit in different states of neglect and preservation.
