Ilocos Norte Uplifted Reefs (Badoc Island, Ilocos Norte)
These terraces are remnants of ancient coral reefs once submerged under the sea, now being uplifted at a rate of 0.21 to 0.42 mm per year. The island offers visitors a view of its vast expanse of fossilized corals and tidal notches.
