What does a price freeze mean?
The price freeze is implemented when the President of the Philippines declares
- State of Emergency,
- State of Calamity / Disaster,
- State of Rebellion,
- State of War,
- Suspension of Privilege of Writ of Habeas Corpus and
- Martial Law.
It is effective 60 days for basic goods and 15 days on household LPG and kerosene
