    Kinabitan po kami NG PLDT fiber home Sabi po magkaruon kami NG signal at 5 pm Peru until now wala parin at mahirap po tumawag sa hotline.

    Magiisang linggo na iyong complaint ko dito sa PLDT Bacolod, Account # ko ay 0130573126, Tel. # (034) 432-3164, Jerome C. Pangyarihan Sr. hindi ko magamit ang Long distance feature, Naka open naman (#54*1234#) sinubukan kung iclose *54*1234# walang confirmation o walang contact, sinubukan kong idial ang open, and dial for a number, ang reply ng operator ” sorry your desired feature is not available in this telephone”. Nabuwisit na ako sa 171 dahil everytime na ipress ko ang 2 laging ang sagot ay “sorry you did’nt reply on the exact time”. Clear naman ang aking billing account ayon sa customer service personnel ninyo, and let me sign a complaint sheet, sabi itry ko uli when I go home, pero its been a week na.
