What does a price freeze mean?

The price freeze is implemented when the President of the Philippines declares

  1. State of Emergency,
  2. State of Calamity / Disaster,
  3. State of Rebellion,
  4. State of War,
  5. Suspension of Privilege of Writ of Habeas Corpus and
  6. Martial Law.

It is effective 60 days for basic goods and 15 days on household LPG and kerosene
