Deceptive Sales Acts and Practices is a violation of RA 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Penalty: Fine of up to Php 10,000 or imprisonment of 5 months to 1 year or both.
Example:
False representation. Claim that a product or service is of a particular appearance, standard, quality, grade, style, or model when in fact it is not.
