Liberty Granting Independence to Filipinos

Tolentino, the country’s first National Artist for Sculpture in 1973, was born in Malolos, Bulacan on July 24, 1890. Tolentino is also skilled in painting and drawing.

He passed away on July 12, 1976, at 85.
