LANDBANK iAccess Enhanced

Landbank is pleased to inform the public that the LANDBANK iAccess is being enhanced to allow you, the client, to perform self-service account maintenance such as:

  • iAccess account activation
  • Updating of mobile number
  • Updating of security questions
  • Resetting of password
  • Unlocking of User ID

You, the client, will also be able to do the following via the customer care center:

  • Update E-Mail Address
  • Unlock User ID

To perform these requests, the system will require a one-time PIN that will be sent to your mobile number or E-Mail address.

To avail of the said services, kindly update your mobile number and E-Mail address through your respective LANDBANK servicing branch.(landbank)
