A Brutalist style tower located along Roxas Boulevard corner Quintos Street. The Ramon Magsaysay Center was designed by Alfredo J. Luz and Associates and was built in 1967.
At 18 floors, the building became the tallest structure in Manila until 1968.
The building was designed like a tree, with its lower floors composed mainly of columns without a wall enclosing the base. The building building is home to the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation. It is one of Manila’s most iconic brutalist buildings.
