T’boli Chanting
Coming from a known clan of Datu and Bo’i in Lake Sebu, Bo’i Rosie is more than familiar with T’boli oral traditions, especially the Tudbulul; the highest form of musical expression among T’boli people. Due to her unparalleled knowledge of the art, the master epic chantress has traveled in and out of the country as a key informant for various studies of the epic which bears significant elements of the T’boli people’s lives and culture.
Having attained the status of Bo’i Lumingon out of her masterful chanting of the Tudbulul, Bo’i Rosie did not only gain the respect of the academe but primarily of her proud community.
