The Sisig Festival was held every year in Angeles City every December to celebrate the most popular Kapampángan dish of sisig. Following the Sisig Queen Aling Lucing’s death in 2008, the festival was put on hiatus until it was revived in 2017 upon its declaration as an intangible cultural heritage of Angeles City.
