Restaurants Pobre and Paisano – located at the heart of Helsinki have successfully introduced Filipino cuisine to the Finns.
Pobre was opened in 2018 by Filipino chefs Ralf Medina, Michael Fernandez, Paul Tello, Justine Caoibes, and Rob Desalisa. Paisano opened the following year and is the latest venture of chefs Paul Tello and Justine Caoibes of Pobre.
