1. AUTOSWEEP TO GO – No documents required. Just fill-up the form.

- Mobile Number
- Conduction Number/Plate Number
- Vehicle Make and Model
- Vehicle Color
- Email Address
Available at all Autosweep RFID Stations.
3-5 minutes of waiting time.
One vehicle per account.
Reloading can be made through all types of payment methods except auto-debit. Hurry! Cash payments at the toll gate until November 1, 2020, only!
2. Auto Sweep Premium – Documents required:
- Vehicle OR and CR
- Valid ID (Bank Requirement)
- If you are not the registered owner of the vehicle, please secure the Deed of Sale or an Authorization letter and the photocopy of the owner’s ID with 3 signatures on one side.
- Fill up the subscription form. You may download the form at www.autosweeprfid.com
