Who is Tan Lo Ping?
Tan Lo Ping (Dec 6, 1920 – June 5, 2007) was the co-founder of the Asian Chinese Chess Federation which he served as secretary-general for twelve years. He later becomes vice president and honorary president of the Asian Chinese Chess Federation.
