Kapal-kapal baging (Hoya pubicalyx)
The Philippines is rich in pendant-looking wax plant called Hoya. Found in our 5c is Hoya publicalyx. It has a tiny pink star-shaped flowers endemic to Luzon.
It is an evergreen perennial climber admired by many plant enthusiasts even outside of its native range.
