Monte Piedad Savings Bank Building
A prominent old building featuring a greco-roman facade, Monte Piedad Savings Bank, is tagged as one of the oldest savings banks in the Philippines. It is located beside Chinatown arc within the jewelry center in Sta. Cruz. It is said that a former President used to be a clerk in this bank. After a series of consolidations, BDO now owns the bank and the building.
