The voting starts from 6 AM and ends at 6 PM. Comelec said that you can bring a sheet of your chosen candidates with you to make the voting process fast.
Comelec issued the following reminders:
1. Do not sell your vote
2. Do not over vote
3. Make sure to shade the right number of circles for the position
4. Bring your voter’s ID or any valid government ID
A voter ID card is not a requirement for a person to vote. However, if questioned by the Board of Election Inspectors (BEI) on Election Day, a voter may present his (or her) voter ID or any other valid ID.
