and passing of any fake documents obtained through false procedures.
In this regard, the Maritime Industry Authority warns the public to abstain or
refrain from doing wrong because anyone caught in flagrante delicto doing wrong may
be subjected to administrative and criminal offenses that may result in imprisonment.
