- Best Director – Php Php 30,000
- Audience Choice – Php 10,000
The competition is Open to all filmmakers ages 15-30 years old. Only the proponent/director is required to be between the ages of 15 to 30.
The deadline for submission is on June 15, 2019.

The Sine Kabataan Short Films will be paired with Pista ng Pelikulang Pilipino (PPP) full feature counterparts and will be screened in all cinemas nationwide during PPP in September 2019. Each selected finalist will receive Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000).
