Martin Delgado is a teacher and a General of the Philippine Revolution.
He led the rise/hoisting of the Philippine flag in Santa Barbara, Iloilo. It is the first outside of Luzon.
He declares the Federal Republic of the Visayas in December 1898.
During his leadership, the revolutionaries in Iloilo have been fighting for more than a month to expel the Spaniards.

Ideneklara niya ang Federal Republic of the Visayas noong Disyembre 1898.
Sa kanyang pamumuno, mahigit isang buwan na nakibaka ang mga rebolusyonaryo sa Iloilo upang mapatalsik ang mga Espanyol.
